TSI employs more than 190 individuals, each of whom contributes greatly to the overall success of our mission. From full-time and part-time counselors, to supervising counselors and support staff, the entire team is committed to helping individuals being served. Whether it is through work experience, education, or a combination, our staff understands the needs of TSI consumers, and are adept at collaboration when trying to achieve desirable results. We seek full-time counselors who have a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and are eager to assist residents in recovery. For currently-matriculated students and individuals new to the field, we seek empathetic and optimistic individuals.
